John is more than your average DJ. He is extremely professional, responsive, and great to work with. He has an online system that really helped with planning music for our wedding day. In addition to music choices, he was able to provide extremely helpful guidance on timelines/when certain thing should happen. He played all of our song choices and took requests on the spot – our dance floor was packed the entire night! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Planning a wedding from 500 miles away is tough, but you definitely made it easier with the online tools and quick emails. We were really impressed with the “just checking in” emails we got and couldn’t be happier with the level of service we received. I had to plan my wedding from California (3,000 miles away!) I used Elation’s web site to select music and organize my event! John has an excellent library and he provided excellent advice! I included some music from my personal music library and John was more than happy to assist and really help me personalize my wedding. I strongly recommend Elation Entertainment to any couple!
John Hathaway was always courteous, prompt with responses and helpful. I had no worries about the music for my wedding. He played a great variety of fun dance music. Our guests of all ages were out on the dance floor non-stop. One of our groomsmen commented during the wedding, “He’s awesome!” We had an absolute blast at our wedding and Elation Entertainment made it happen!

I was planning a slide show and almost didn’t bother because it was a lot of work, but John encouraged me to complete the project. He made sure that a large screen was available to show it on. He recognized that I really wanted to have the slideshow and helped me see this through. John truly cares about his clients and he has an excellent voice, which made his contribution to the reception that much better!
